Our first meeting

Each treatment begins with a free and non-binding 30-minute consultation, at a therapy clinic in the center of Marbella, or Online. During the consultation, you will learn more about the framework, working methods and can ask any questions you may have. The goal is to create a common basis for a safe and meaningful therapy.​​ ​​​​

You don’t need a referral or diagnosis to receive support. Treatment is tailored to your unique needs and life situation. Many people seek help for concerns such as anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, or low self-esteem. Through conversations and evidence-based methods, you can gain support in understanding your reactions, breaking negative patterns, and developing new ways of managing challenges.
