Our first meeting
Each treatment begins with a free, non-binding 30-minute consultation, either online or by phone. During the consultation, you will receive information about the framework and treatment process and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. You do not need a referral or a diagnosis to receive support. All treatment is individually tailored to your needs, preferences, and life situation.​​ The goal is to create a safe and meaningful foundation for therapy and change.

Therapy sessions at a private practise offer a safe, secluded environment where you can explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors in peace and quiet. Many people find it easier to focus and reflect when the conversation takes place in a neutral environment outside the context of everyday life. This is particularly suitable for those who appreciate a clearly defined space for personal growth.
Sometimes it is difficult to find the time. With Online Therapy you can easily book sessions that fit your individual schedule, no matter where you are. You can conduct the calls from home, work or another safe place, which reduces travel, saves time and makes it easier to have continuity in the treatment. The calls take place via secure video link. It is also possible to combine online calls with physical meetings at the clinic.
Homevisits
Therapy can be offered in the form of home visits, in this case there is just an extra fee for travel expenses. This can be particularly helpful for people who suffer from, for example, severe anxiety, or find it difficult to go to a practice. Home visits create the opportunity to work on behavioral change in the individual's actual environment, which can increase both security and generalization of new skills.
