Our first meeting

Each treatment begins with a free and non-binding 30-minute consultation, at Calle Mackintosh 3 in Marbella or Online. During the consultation, you will learn more about the framework, working methods and can ask any questions you may have. The goal is to create a common basis for a safe and meaningful therapy.​​ ​​​​​

Therapy that makes a difference

​You don’t need a referral or diagnosis to receive support. Treatment is tailored to your unique needs and life situation. Many people seek help for concerns such as anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, or low self-esteem. Through conversations and evidence-based methods, you can gain support in understanding your reactions, breaking negative patterns, and developing new ways of managing challenges.

For mental health concerns such as anxiety, low mood, or stress, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is often used, a method that helps you understand and change thought patterns and behaviors. In times of crisis or grief, supportive counseling can provide space for processing and relief. For couples who want to work on their relationship, couples therapy is offered, with a focus on strengthening communication, increasing understanding, and managing conflicts in a more constructive way.

For ambivalence and selfcriticism, methods from the third-wave therapies can be helpful, focusing on acceptance, mindfulness and values-based action. Regardless of which path suits you best, the goal remains the same: to reduce suffering, break destructive patterns, and strengthen your mental well-being.​
