Therapeutic Approach
I work as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, approved by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. Iḿ specialised in relationship therapy, ptsd and domestic violence. My therapeutic approach is actively guiding, always with respect for each individual’s pace, context, and unique life situation. My work is grounded in a strong belief in each individual's own resources and capacity for change.
Over the years, I have worked with both neuropsychiatry and psychosocial issues, including in occupational health, schools and social services. I have met people in situations involving domestic violence, addiction and economic vulnerability, as well as couples and individuals who wish to deepen closeness and create more sustainable communication in their relationships.
Previous workexperiences have given me a deep understanding of how life experiences shape our behavioral and thought patterns, and how these can be changed, with the right support and structure. When you begin treatment with me, you will receive a structured and evidence-based treatment where we together take responsibility for the goals. My mission is to respectfully and educationally guide you towards increased self-awareness, symptom relief and a more sustainable quality of life.
