A Holistic Perspective on Wellbeing
My name is Linda Boivie, and I work as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, with training approved by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. My therapeutic approach is actively present, grounded in trust in each individual’s inner resources. With me, you receive evidence-based therapy, with sensitivity to your needs and wishes.
For over a decade, I have guided individuals toward well-being within the field of social work. I hold a degree in social work, with training in legal guidelines and social vulnerability, including intimate partner violence, financial stress, and substance abuse. Among other things, my background includes leadership, occupational health, special education, job coaching and neuropsychiatry.
Tools for Change and Healing
Our relationships, with ourselves and with others, form the foundation of our mental well-being, and can at times also be a source of pain. I meet individuals who carry anxiety, grief, or who are caught in recurring conflicts. In our sessions, we explore together what is holding you back, and how you can rediscover meaning, direction, and well-being.
In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I also guide couples toward stronger relationships built on mutual understanding, intimacy, and emotional connection. I offer Schema Therapy for individuals with difficult childhood experiences and Prolonged Exposure for individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Furthermore, I have advanced training in several areas, such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Behavioral Medicine, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and physiological health.
A shared commitment
When you step into my therapy room, you are investing in yourself, but also in a process that we carry together. I am entrusted to accompany your journey toward a life aligned with your values. You receive evidence-based, individualized tools for increased self-understanding, improved relationships, and sustainable well-being, with positive effects With that extend throughout your life, far beyond mental well-being.
