My name is Linda Heinrich Boivie. I work with anxiety, sleep problems, stress, pain and relationship issues, and I have a master's degree in trauma and domestic violence. Sessions are offered in English and Swedish in a supportive environment. Iḿ supervised by licensed psychotherapist Dr. Elizabeth Ekman. You are warmly welcome to my clinic in Marbella, or online.​

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an effective therapy that provides evidence-based tools for wellbeing. A course of treatment typically includes 5–20 sessions. We work with measurable goals and concrete treatment outcomes. For more specific issues, we focus on the present and the future, while more complex difficulties may be influenced by past experiences. Between sessions, you’ll receive exercises to help integrate new insights into everyday life.

Counselling

When life changes

Have you experienced a separation, loss of a loved one, conflict, illness or accident? Perhaps you are struggling with inner questions about meaning, identity or life transitions, such as becoming a parent, changing your life direction or dealing with aging. ​

 

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapy offer support to develop self-awareness, self-compassion and acceptance in the face of difficulties. When decisions feel unclear, motivational interviewing are offered that can help you move forward in the direction that feels most important to you. I guide you with a calming presence and respect, based on your individual needs.

Trauma Therapy

Trust, life quality and self‑esteem

Have you experienced or witnessed an accident, assault, serious illness, difficult life event, or natural disaster? Such experiences can deeply affect how you see yourself, others, and the world around you. Over time, it can maintain stress, fear, and self‑criticism and get activated in new relationships. It’s common to avoid places, thoughts, or situations that remind you of what happened. 

 

Prolonged  Exposure is an evidence‑based and internationally recognized first‑line treatment for post‑traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). When combined with Trauma Therapy (Schema Therapy), the method enables long‑term recovery and transformation of behaviors shaped by fear. I offer a safe therapeutic environment that helps you restore trust, joy, and meaning in life.

Couples Therapy

Connection, intimacy and mutual understanding.

Do you experience recurring conflicts? Does it feel like communication has broken down, that the distance between you is growing, or that it’s difficult to understand each other’s needs? At certain times in life, closeness can be tested.

 

Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT) and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT)  deepens emotional connection and communication. The sessions may focus on parenting, life choices, trust, intimacy, or developing a stable relationship. Combined with conflict‑resolution, your conversations become a tool for respectful dialogue and shared understanding. Between sessions, you’ll receive tailored exercises that help you continue to cultivate your relationship in everyday life.

Massage

Relaxation and recovery.

Massage promotes relaxation, recovery, and body awareness. As a certified massage therapist with training from the Scandinavian Chiropractic College, I have a solid understanding of the body’s anatomy, muscular balance, and healing processes. Deep‑tissue massage is effective if you wish to work preventively with your body, treat muscle soreness, or relieve strain‑related discomfort. Each treatment is individually tailored to your needs.
