Schema Therapy
A life change
Schema Therapy is an evidence-based extension of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, developed by Dr. Jeffrey Young. It is a deep, integrative therapy that combines psychodynamic theory, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and Gestalt therapy.

The therapy helps you understand how early experiences of insufficient care can continue to affect emotions and behaviors into adulthood. This may show up as automatic reactions, emotional decision-making, distancing, or internal self-criticism. Schema Therapy provides both insight and practical tools to identify, express, and address these needs in new, constructive ways.

Schema Therapy offers a pathway back to what was unmet. Influenced by Gestalt therapy, it provides space for needs that were once denied, such as safety, closeness, autonomy, or self-worth.
